Basic to Advanced Culinary Arts

Culinary Arts Program designed to help students understand the relationship between practical cooking application and theoretical information as they are related to understanding and following recipes in a professional kitchen.

AiMS is here to help you understand the ingredients, procedures and underlying principles of cooking techniques that is essential to the success of every culinary student.  Our Chef Trainer is responsible for training and supervising a safe, skilled and efficient student.  To do this requires an ability understanding the “how” behind what we do in the kitchen.  Understanding the nature of food and how it reacts when cooked enables a chef to interpret, adapt and create recipes with confidence.

AiMS Learning International equipped training room with complete tools needed to conduct the class and we are confident to deliver a quality of training in food creation and produce a quality graduate that will have the skill to cook and present the food within industry standard.

Topics to discuss:

English language proficiency is required for this program. For students who wish to advance their speaking, reading, writing, and listening abilities in order to become more prepared for this program, AiMS Learning International provides English proficiency classes.
