Basic Hotel & Restaurant Management and Bartending

The course provides the students with a conceptual understanding of management concepts to the front office. Housekeeping operations and management is an intensive operational subject that covers the full scope of managing housekeeping operations. This course provides students with the foundation of appreciating the importance of cost and revenue control in different phases of food and beverages operation. This course also deals with the tools, skills, and knowledge required to undertake the basic restaurant planning and operations. It examines the equipment and the processes that enables a western restaurant to operate.

After the completion of academic learning each student will undergo a 56 hours of hands-on training in one of fining dining restaurant in Singapore.  This training/attachment is in line with their practical application on what they have learned in theory.

NOTE:  No monetary or any compensation from the restaurant/company will be given to students during their training.

After completing the course, Filipino students will have a chance to take the NC II TESDA Assessment with us, as AiMS Learning International is one of the assessment centre of TESDA in Singapore.

Schedule of the assessment will be given by TESDA.
