Basic Hotel & Restaurant Management and Bartending
The course provides the students with a conceptual understanding of management concepts to the front office. Housekeeping operations and management is an intensive operational subject that covers the full scope of managing housekeeping operations. This course provides students with the foundation of appreciating the importance of cost and revenue control in different phases of food and beverages operation. This course also deals with the tools, skills, and knowledge required to undertake the basic restaurant planning and operations. It examines the equipment and the processes that enables a western restaurant to operate.

After the completion of academic learning each student will undergo a 56 hours of hands-on training in one of fining dining restaurant in Singapore. This training/attachment is in line with their practical application on what they have learned in theory.
NOTE: No monetary or any compensation from the restaurant/company will be given to students during their training.
After completing the course, Filipino students will have a chance to take the NC II TESDA Assessment with us, as AiMS Learning International is one of the assessment centre of TESDA in Singapore.
Schedule of the assessment will be given by TESDA.
Notes
- There will be a minimal payment for modules / learning materials used ranging $4 - $10 depending on the course.
- Graduation fee of $200 - $240 will be added in tuition fee. (Graduation fee includes certificates, graduation photos, the auditorium/hotel ballroom reservations including 1 guest and scrumptious buffet.
- The students are required to attend the graduation ceremony after passing the final assessment of the chosen program/s. If the student is unable to attend the graduation due to valid/proven reason, the student needs to pay the certificate fee and transcript of record of $120 otherwise the student cannot get the school credentials.
- Schedule and details will be announced in the graduation briefing. NOTE: For those who paid their tuition fee in CASH, they have the option to pay the Graduation Fee of $200/$240 together in their registration or settle the amount one (1) month before the graduation date. A notice of reminder will be sent to you after the graduation briefing.
Fee Structure:
- One-time Registration fee - $50 (non-refundable)
- Bartending - $110
- Total tuition fee - $540 (excluding graduation fee)
- Installment Payment for 3months including the graduation fee - $280/month
Entry Requirement
- Registered Singaporean and Permanent Resident.
- Registered Singapore worker.
- Able to speak, write, and understand English language.
Course Schedule
- 1st and 3rd Sundays - (3-6 months) - 9:30am to 1:30pm
- Attachment - Training - 56 hours (shift hours)
