Basic to Advanced Baking Program
This program is the study of the fundamentals of baking including dough, quick breads, cakes, cupcake, tarts, pizza pies, and basic items made on bakery. Topics include baking terminology, food and equipment use, formula conversion, function and use of proper ingredients.
This course offers more advanced knowledge and skills, coupled with hands-on experience. It prepares the students for entry level on Food and Beverages Industry, but also for the beginners who like to bake goods that brings smile to others.
The course focuses on the correct methodology and techniques in baking. Our experienced chefs will teach you on the cause and effects of each ingredients, a step-by-step baking from scratch, and guide you on how to achieve the desired outcome. All equipment and tools are provided.

- Basic to Complex cake decoration Techniques
- Standard Bread Baking
- Produce baked products using commercial ingredients and equipment
